Monthly Musings is a free monthly 1-hour conversation where we talk about challenges that we all face in everyday life. As we have an interactive discussion, I will provide some new ways of looking at situations and interactions. You will leave these conversations with some new distinctions to apply in your everyday interactions, and perhaps even a new way of looking at the everyday challenges that you face. Sometimes, it can feel as though everyone is difficult. Our conversations are challenging. people misunderstand us, and there seems to be no end to the frustration. This can stand in the way of getting things done. In this one-hour conversation, learn an approach for dealing with people and situations that seem difficult.

Often, we find ourselves wanting to stand up for ourselves, and we don’t know how.
